Retreat deposits may be non-refundable

Class fees may be non-refundable

Transfers may be permitted at our discretion

Special circumstances may be reviewed individually

Specific refund policies listed on individual event registration pages will override this general policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event due to weather, illness, venue changes, minimum attendance requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel an event, participants may receive:

A transfer to another event

Store credit

A refund, at our discretion and as stated for that event

6. Photography & Media Release

By attending our events, classes, crops, retreats, or online sessions, you understand that photographs or video may be taken for educational, promotional, or social media purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, or submitted testimonials to be used by Let’s Gather – Scrapbooking & Cards unless you notify us in writing before the event.
